Cooking Class (Up To 20 People)
With my hands on classes, participants will learn the basics of food prep, cooking family sized meals, healthy ingredient alternatives, and much more. The class includes all groceries and seasonings, portioned for each participant. Each class is designed to help students lose weight, make healthier choices, and improve their well-being by cooking their own meals from scratch. Chef Tregaye brings her over-the-top recipes and bubble personality from the small screen, live in your kitchen.
